As of 1st of March, Ukraine has exported 29.43 MMT of grain (MY 2016/17) – up to 2.42 MMT more than the same period last season.
It is reported by the press service of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, as of the reporting date, Ukrainian farmers have exported 13.56 MMT of wheat – 1.72 MMT more than the same period of the previous marketing year.
Exports of barley amounted to 4.66 MMT – up to 0.7 MMT more than the same period of the last season.
The volume of corn exports during the reporting period amounted to 11.05 MMT – 0.07 MMT more than in the same period of MY 2015/16.
It is also noted that in February 2017, Ukraine exported 2.86 MMT of grain.
