Since the beginning of 2016/17 and as of April 19, Ukraine exported 35.79 MMT of grain – up 3.98 MMT over the same period of the last season.
This is reported by ProAgro with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, as of the reporting date, Ukraine exported 15.24 MMT of wheat, which is 1.64 MMT more than in the same period of the last year.
Barley exports for the reporting period amounted to 5.01 MMT, which is 0.93 MMT more than for the corresponding period of MY 2015/16.
The volume of con exports amounted to 15.33 MMT, which is 0.53 MMT more compared to the same period of the last season.
At the same time, in the current marketing year, rye supplies decreased by 9 KMT to 4.3 KMT.
It is noted that for the period from 1 to 19 April 2017, Ukraine exported 1.93 MMT of grain.
