The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that as of November 5, 40 510 agreements within the current land market were concluded. The total area of land for which the deals were registered reached 100,390 hectares.
As ProAgro Group reports, since July 1, 5252 notaries have submitted 5894 applications for access to the State Land Cadastre, 5215 of them have been approved, 4 more are in the queue and 674 have been rejected.
Kharkiv oblast is the leader in land sales – there land plots with a total area of 13,174.8 hectares were transferred to new owners. The second place is occupied by Kirovograd oblast, where 12,466.2 ha were sold. Poltava oblast is on third place with 8,709.7 hectares. And the smallest amount of land was sold in Rivnenschyna, Bukovyna and Prykarpattya.
