The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined large producers of chicken 556 thousand UAH

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined agricultural holding companies MHP (“Nasha Ryaba”) and Complex Agromars (“Havrylivski Kurchata”) for providing misleading information in total amount of over UAH 556 thousand.

This is reported by the press service of the AMCU, reports ProAgro Group with reference to Agravery.

“LLC “Vinnitsa Poultry Farm” was fined a total of UAH 122 thousand for violating the legislation on protection of economic competition under paragraphs 14 and 15 of Article 50 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Economic Competition”, namely for not providing information in full to the Antimonopoly Committee,” – the message says.

Private joint stock company “Oril-Leader” was fined a total of UAH 122 thousand for a similar violation.

In addition, private joint stock company “Myronivska poultry farm” was fined a total of UAH 163.3 thousand for three violations of legislation on protection of economic competition.

Also, the private joint stock company “Mironovsky Khliboproduct” and “Complex Agromars” LLC were fined 54,000 and 41,000 UAH respectively for violating the legislation on protection of economic competition.
