“Actions on the part of the Russian Federation to apply trade sanctions and restrictive measures in trade, which, among other things, are caused by Ukraine’s opposition to Russian aggression against our state, threaten the interests of national economic security, economic interests of Ukraine and legitimate interests of subjects of foreign economic activity, and contain signs of unfriendly actions against Ukraine in trade,” the explanatory note to the Cabinet’s resolution reads.
