The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for auction the state-owned enterprise ” Trostyanets Distillery”, located in Vinnytsia oblast. This is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the SPFU.
“The scope of activity of the enterprise is the production and sale of spirits. The single property complex consists of 67 items of immovable property (buildings and structures)”, – states the report.
The starting price of the facility amounts to 44.01 million UAH. The auction will be held on November 26 at the electronic platform Prozorro.Selling.
Under the terms of the sale, the buyer of Trostyanets Distillery must ensure the preservation of the main activity of the plant for 1 year. In addition, within 6 months he must pay off Trostyanets Distillery’s wage arrears (3 million payments to the budget and overdue accounts (6.3 million UAH).
It is noted that the total income of the enterprise for 2018 amounted to 57.3 million UAH.
