The Government has simplified a number of procedures for farmers during the war

The Government and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine are doing everything possible to simplify procedures and to facilitate the work of agricultural producers, reports “ProAgro Group”.

Thus, for the period of martial law, the following procedures have been simplified:

  • Abolished additional procedures for the certification of seeds;
  • Labeling of imported food and fodder under martial law was simplified;
  • Reduced bureaucratic hurdles for export and licensing of permitted groups of goods;
  • A number of decisions were made to facilitate access of agricultural producers to, inter alia, fuel, pesticides and agrochemicals under martial law;
  • Licensing of corn and sunflower oil export was cancelled;
  • The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the Government to ensure food security of the state are working on simplification of business conditions, namely on simplification of phytosanitary measures and procedures in the conditions of martial law;
  • Simplified registration of agricultural machinery and mechanisms during martial law ;
  • The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine established the Coordinating Council for Logistics in Agriculture.
