The State Agrarian Register (SAR), which is already open for registration of Ukrainian farmers, has been launched in Ukraine. This was reported by ProAgro Group with reference to information from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
SAR (dar.gov.ua) is the only digital hub for agricultural producers in Ukraine. The platform works similarly to the registries of agricultural producers that exist in all EU member states. Agricultural producers registered in the SAR will be able to apply for state subsidies, targeted, subsidized credit programs, as well as loans and technical assistance from the EU and other international donors.
“The Ministry of Agrarian Policy, with the assistance of the European Union, is launching the State Agrarian Register. Soon the first support programs will appear in the SAR thanks to the financial assistance of the European Union. We call on all international partners to join the SAR platform in order to support Ukraine’s agricultural producers in a fast, transparent and safe way,” said Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solsky.
By registering with SAR, farmers will be able to access real-time information about available state support programs and apply for them online from home or office.
