The vast majority of farms have sufficient stocks of agricultural products for sale

Among surveyed agricultural enterprises, engaged in crop and livestock production, in January 2022, 86% evaluated their sales stock as sufficient, equal to the average level of the season. This is according to the data of the State Statistics Service, reports “ProAgro Group.

However, 7% of farms evaluated their stock as very small, whereas only 2% evaluated it as very large. At the same time 5% of farms had no stock at all.

At the same time, crop growers had the most “average” stocks according to farms’ estimates – 88% of those surveyed. At the same time, 8% of livestock farms said that they had critically small stocks of produce for sale, while another 8% said that they had no such stocks at all.
