Ukraine and Canada have agreed to start negotiations on revising the Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
This is reported by ProAgro Group with reference to the information of the Ministry of Economy.
The Ministry notes that the revision involves analysis of further development and deepening of the provisions of the agreement and its extension to areas that are currently not covered.
In particular, the matter concerns cross-border trade in services, financial services, investment, telecommunications and other industries.
Recall that the agreement on the Free Trade Zone between Ukraine and Canada entered into force on August 1, 2017.
