This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine Olga Stefanyshyna during the Climate Conference COP26 in Glasgow, reports ProAgro Group referring to AgroPortal.
Stefanyshyna believes that each country can share technologies in which it excels in the issue of decarbonization, and that it is necessary to think about those industries that are currently out of sight. And if Ukraine can be a source for technology transfer, it will definitely be technology in the agricultural sector.
“This is where we have enough expertise, ability and success stories. This is a part of the Ukrainian profile, which is not subject to doubt. Here we have great credibility among international partners. We have many examples of private agribusinesses drawing on their own experience to shape the agenda and facilitate discussions that our state has at the international level,” she notes.
