Ukraine has a record level of foreign direct investment

For three quarters of 2021 there was a record level of foreign direct investment in recent years – the balance amounted to $4.8 billion.

This was written by Prime Minister Denys Shmigal in his Facebook, informs ProAgro Group.

By comparison, there were $3.7 billion for all of 2017 and $4.5 billion for all of 2018.

“Much of the investment that is coming in now is reinvestment. Therefore, one of the important tasks ahead of the new Minister of Economy is to work with foreign investors and further improve the investment climate in Ukraine,” Shmigal commented.
