According to the Administration of the sea port Chernomorsk, as of December 21, 2021, the cargo turnover for the incomplete 12 months totaled 24.7 million tons, which exceeds the result for the full year 2020 by 3%, reports ProAgro Group.
Grain, heavy trucks, ore and other bulk commodities, ferrous metals, vegetable oil, construction and container cargoes lead the port’s cargo turnover structure.
For less than 12 months of the current year, Chornomorsk has accepted 1,607 ships, which is 98 units or 6.5% more than during the same period last year.
It is noted that during 2020 port operators of Chornomorsk handled 23, 89 million tons of cargo.
