According to operational data for 12 months of 2021 the port operators of the sea port “Chornomorsk” achieved a cargo turnover of 25.63 million tons, which is 1.74 million tons or 7.3% more than the result in 2020. This is reported by ProAgro Group with reference to the information of the Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine.
Leaders in the structure of cargo turnover of sea port “Chornomorsk” are grains – 14.53 million tons (+9%), heavy-duty vehicles – 2.88 million tons (+38.9%), containerized cargo – 1.37 million tons (-22.7%), vegetable oil – 873.5 thousand tons (-34.1%), construction cargo – 509.9 thousand tons (6 times more).
In total, Chornomorsk port handled 1,668 vessels in 2021, which is 108 vessels or 6.9% more than in 2020.
