In September, “Ukrzaliznytsia” increased the volume of grain transportation by more than 60%

In September 2022, JSC Ukrzaliznytsia transported 3.4 million tons of grain cargo and milling products. The press service of the company noted that this is 63.2% more than in August this year, ProAgro Group reports with reference to Ukrinform.

Most of the grain was transported for export – more than 3 million tons (+91.5% compared to August), in domestic traffic – almost 322 thousand tons.

Almost 902 thousand tons of grain were transported through land border crossings, 2 164 thousand tons of grain – through seaports.
