Ukrzaliznytsia imposed restrictions on grain shipments to Mykolaiv port

Ukrzaliznytsia has imposed restrictions on the shipment of grain to the COFCO terminal at Mykolaiv port. As reported by ProAgro Group, this is evidenced by the data published on the website of Ukrzaliznytsia.

According to the published information, the restrictions apply to cereals, leguminous crops and seeds, which arrive at the terminal of the Danube Shipping and Stevedoring Company, which is part of the Ukrainian group COFCO Agri.

Restrictions began on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. The date of resumption of shipments by the carrier is not reported.

In September 2019, Ukrzaliznytsia also restricted grain cargo shipments to certain recipients of the Mykolayiv port, as well as the port of Olvia and Yuzhny.
