Work of “grain corridor” will be continued, – Shmyhal

Turkey and the UN support the continuation of the “grain corridor”. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal in an interview with the Czech edition Deník N, ProAgro Group reports.

“Both Turkey and the UN say that the initiative will be continued. Other partner countries will also make efforts, because we are talking about global food security, and here the continuity of supply of agricultural products from Ukraine is important. For its part, Ukraine has made an important humanitarian step – two ships, 25,000 tons of grain each, we sent to Somalia and Ethiopia as two of the most vulnerable countries in terms of supply as an act of support,” said Shmyhal.
