Chernukhinsky Krai LLC, which is part of A.G.R. Group, acquired 100% of the corporate rights to Sigma-Universal LLC, located in Seredyno-Buda, Sumy region. This is reported by ProAgro Group with reference to the information of the holding.
Due to the acquisition, agricultural holding increased its land bank by 1,520 hectares, so now the total land bank of A.G.R. Group amounts to almost 33 thousand hectares. Twelve employees and 403 sharecroppers who work with Sigma-Universal have also joined the holding.
“We’re excited that every day we’re all getting closer together to our ambitious holding development goals,” A.G.R.Group said.
A.G.R. Group is a private agricultural holding, which unites 20 Ukrainian companies in 5 regions of Ukraine, specializing in corn and soybeans. All crop production is sold for export.
