For the whole period of land market functioning in Ukraine there have been concluded 116 625 land agreements on the area of 271 773 ha. For the last week 1154 deals have been signed within the land market on the area of 1989 hectares.
As reported by ProAgro Group, this was stated by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
It is also reported that 5602 notaries applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. Total applications – 6300, of which 5512 were approved, 786 were rejected. Notaries with the State Land Cadastre work in a normal mode.
It is noted that the list of leading regions in terms of land area of transactions are in Kharkiv region (37.5 thousand hectares), Dnipropetrovsk region (23.1 thousand hectares), Kirovograd region (21.1 thousand hectares), Poltava region (21, 1 thousand hectares) and Kherson region (21 thousand hectares).
Five regions with active land market during the war (by number of transactions and area of registered transactions) are: Kirovohrad region (3.2 thousand hectares), Vinnitsa region (3.1 thousand hectares), Poltava region (3 thousand hectares), Khmelnytsky region (2.8 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk region (2.2 thousand hectares).
