Since the beginning of the full-scale war on February 24, 18,317 transactions have been concluded in Ukraine within the land market for an area of 32,012 hectares, including 1316 transactions for 2,276 hectares over the past week. It is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
The regions with the most active land market during the war (in terms of the number of transactions and the area of land for which transactions were registered) are Vinnytsia (3.6 thousand hectares), Poltava (3.6 thousand hectares), Kirovograd (3.6 thousand hectares), Khmelnytsky (3.6 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk (2.8 thousand hectares).
In general, as of September 12, 2022, 119,284 land transactions were concluded for the entire period of the land market functioning. The area of land according to registered transactions reaches 276,539 hectares.
Kharkiv (37.8 thousand hectares), Dnipropetrovsk (24 thousand hectares), Poltava (22 thousand hectares), Kirovograd (21.9 thousand hectares) and Kherson (21 thousand hectares) regions are the leaders in terms of land areas for which transactions were recorded.
Currently, 5610 notaries have applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. The total number of applications is 6309, of which 5520 were approved, 789 were refused.
