The Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that on November 19, 47 777 agreements within the current land market have been concluded. The total area of registered land deals has reached 119,894 hectares.
ProAgro Group reports that since July 1, 5,303 notaries have submitted 5,924 applications for access to the State Land Cadastre, of which 5,265 have been approved, 6 more are pending and 683 have been rejected.
The leader in land sales is Kharkiv region – there land plots with a total area of 16 269.7 hectares were transferred to new owners. It is more than 2.2 thousand hectares more than in Kirovograd region, where 14 058.6 ha were sold. In third place is Dnipropetrovsk region with 10,114 hectares. The least amount of land was sold in Rivne, Bukovyna and Precarpathian regions.
