From the beginning of the full-scale war on February 24 to date, 33 746 transactions have been concluded on the land market, they cover an area of 61 049 hectares. It is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
Regions with the most active land market during the war (by the number of transactions and by the area of land for which transactions were registered):
Khmelnytsky region (6.6 thousand hectares);
Vinnytsia region (6.5 thousand hectares);
Kirovograd region (6.4 thousand hectares);
Poltava region (6.3 thousand hectares);
Dnipropetrovsk region (5.8 thousand hectares).
Over the past two weeks, 2 520 transactions were concluded within the land market on the area of 4878 hectares.
In general, for the entire period of functioning of the land market as of today 134 712 land transactions have been concluded. The area of land under registered transactions reaches 305,576 hectares.
Currently, 5658 notaries have applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. In total, there are 6370 applications, of which 5551 have been approved, 818 have been refused, and 1 is in the queue for consideration.
