From February 24 to date, 31,226 transactions have been concluded in the land market in Ukraine, covering an area of 56,172 hectares. It is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
Regions with the most active land market during the war (by the number of transactions and by the area of land for which transactions were registered):
- Khmelnytsky region – 6.2 thousand hectares;
- Vinnytsia region – 6.1 thousand hectares;
- Poltava region – 5.9 thousand hectares;
- Kirovograd region – 5.8 thousand hectares;
- Dnipropetrovsk region – 5.2 thousand hectares.
Over the past two weeks, 2 991 transactions were concluded within the land market on the area of 5 853 hectares. In general, as of today, for the entire period of functioning of the land market, 132 192 land transactions have been concluded. The area of land under registered transactions reaches 300,698 hectares.
Currently, 5652 notaries have applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. Total number of applications is 6363, of which 5547 have been approved, 815 have been denied, and 1 is in the queue. Notaries with the State Land Cadastre work in the normal mode.
