For the last week 1343 deals were made within the land market on the area of 2490 hectares, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
The regions with active land market during the war (in terms of the number of transactions and land area, with regard to which transactions are registered) are Kirovograd region (3.4 thousand hectares), Vinnitsa region (3.4 thousand hectares), Poltava region (3.3 thousand hectares), Khmelnytsky region (3.2 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk region (2.5 thousand hectares).
In general, as of September 5, 2022, for the entire period of the land market functioning 117 968 land agreements have been concluded. The area of land according to the registered transactions reaches 274,262 hectares.
The leaders in terms of land area for which the deals were recorded are in Kharkiv region (37.7 thousand ha), Dnipropetrovsk region (23.8 thousand ha), Kirovograd region (21.7 thousand ha), Poltava region (21.7 thousand ha) and Kherson region (21 thousand ha).
5608 notaries applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. Total number of applications is 6307, of which 5519 have been approved, 788 have been rejected.
