Last week 1407 deals were made in the land market with the area of 2403 ha, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
The regions with active land market during the war (in terms of the number of transactions and land area, relative to which the deals were registered) are Kirovograd region (2.8 thousand hectares), Vinnitsa region (2.7 thousand hectares), Poltava region (2.7 thousand hectares), Khmelnytsky region (2.3 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk region (1.8 thousand hectares).
In general, for the entire period of the land market functioning 114 076 land agreements have been signed. The area of land according to registered transactions reaches 267,341 ha.
The leaders in terms of land area, where the deals were recorded, are in Kharkiv region (37.5 thousand ha), Dnipropetrovsk region (23.1 thousand ha), Kirovograd region (21.1 thousand ha), Poltava region (21.1 thousand ha) and Kherson region (21 thousand ha).
