For the last week 1560 deals were made within the land market on the area of 2 432 hectares, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
The regions with active land market during the war (in terms of the number of transactions and land area, relative to which the deals were registered) are Kirovograd region (2.98 thousand hectares), Vinnitsa region (2.96 thousand hectares), Poltava region (2.88 thousand hectares), Khmelnytsky region (2.48 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk region (2.1 thousand hectares).
In general, for the entire period of the land market functioning, 115,471 land agreements have been signed. The area of land according to the registered transactions reaches 269,783 hectares.
The leaders in terms of land area, where the deals were recorded are Kharkiv region (37.6 thousand ha), Dnipropetrovsk region (23.4 thousand ha), Kirovograd region (21.4 thousand ha), Poltava region (21.2 thousand ha) and Kherson region (21 thousand ha).
There are 5593 notaries applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. Total number of applications is 6289, 5506 of them have been approved, 781 of them have been rejected, there are 2 persons in the queue.
