The Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that as of today, November 12, 42 797 agreements within the current land market have been signed. The total area of registered land deals has reached 106 026 hectares.
ProAgro Group reports that since July 1, 6,279 notaries have submitted 5,926 applications for access to the State Land Cadastre. 5,237 of these applications have been approved, 8 more are pending and 681 have been rejected.
The leader in land sales is Kharkiv region – there land plots with a total area of 14 086.2 hectares were transferred to new owners. It is more than 1 thousand hectares more than in Kirovograd region, which is on second place with 13 059 hectares sold. On the third place is Dnipropetrovsk region with 9,059.5 ha. The least amount of land was sold in Rivne, Bukovyna and Prykarpattya regions.
