The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that as of November 26, there were concluded 52,117 agreements within the current land market. The total area of land, for which the deals were registered, reached 130 916 hectares.
ProAgro Group reports that since July 1, 5,327 notaries have submitted 5,981 applications for access to the State Land Cadastre, of which 5,296 have been approved and 685 have been rejected.
The leader in land sales is Kharkiv region – there land plots with a total area of 18 148,8 ha are re-registered to new owners. It is almost by 3,4 thousand hectares more than in Kirovograd region, where 14 806,1 ha were sold. Dnipropetrovsk region holds the third position with 11,331.2 ha. The smallest amount of land was sold in Rivne, Bukovyna and Prykarpattia regions.
