Since the beginning of the active war phase of war, Ukraine has concluded 11,703 agreements covering an area of 20,412 hectares, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
The regions with active land market during the war (in terms of the number of deals and land area where the deals were registered) are Kirovograd region (2.5 thousand hectares), Poltava region (2.5 thousand hectares), Vinnitsa region (2.4 thousand hectares), Khmelnytsky region (2.04 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk region (1.5 thousand hectares).
Ministry of Agrarian Policy notes that last week there were concluded 2 689 transactions within the land market on the area of 2 259 hectares.
In general, as of today for the whole period of land market functioning 112 669 land agreements have been concluded. The area of land according to the registered transactions reaches 264,939 hectares.
The leaders in terms of land area, where the deals were recorded, are Kharkiv region (37.43 thousand ha), Dnipropetrovsk region (22.8 thousand ha), Kherson region (21 thousand ha), Kirovograd region (20.9 thousand ha) and Poltava region (20.9 thousand ha).
