From February 24 to date, 25 240 transactions have been concluded on the land market, they cover an area of 44 781 hectares. It is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
Regions with the most active land market during the war (by the number of transactions and the area of land for which transactions were registered): Khmelnytsky region (4.29 thousand hectares); Poltava region (4.9 thousand hectares), Vinnytsia region (4.9 thousand hectares), Kirovohrad region (4.7 thousand hectares), Dnipropetrovsk region (4.1 thousand hectares).
Over the past two weeks, 4 048 transactions were concluded within the land market on the area of 7 318 hectares. In general, as of today, 126,206 land transactions have been concluded for the entire period of land market functioning. The area of land under registered transactions reaches 289,307 hectares.
Currently, 5641 notaries have applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. Total number of applications is 6345, of which 5542 have been approved, 802 have been denied, and 1 application is in the queue for consideration. Notaries with the State Land Cadastre work in normal mode.
The leaders in terms of land areas, in respect of which transactions were registered, for the entire period are: Kharkiv region (38.2 thousand ha), Dnipropetrovsk region (25.4 thousand ha), Poltava region (23.3 thousand ha), Kirovograd region (23.1 thousand ha), Kherson region (21 thousand ha).
