From February 24 to date, 28,235 transactions have been concluded on the land market, covering an area of 50,319 hectares, ProAgro Group reports with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
Regions with the most active land market during the war (by the number of transactions and by the area of land for which transactions were registered):
Khmelnytskyi region (5.6 thousand hectares);
Poltava region (5.4 thousand hectares),
Vinnytsia region (5.4 thousand hectares),
Kirovograd region (5.2 thousand hectares);
Dnipropetrovsk region (4.7 thousand hectares).
Over the past two weeks, 2 995 transactions were concluded within the land market on the area of 5 538 hectares.
In general, as of today, 129,201 land transactions have been concluded for the entire period of land market functioning. The area of land under registered transactions reaches 294,845 hectares.
Currently, 5644 notaries have applied for access to the State Land Cadastre. Total number of applications is 6352, of which 5545 were approved, 807 were denied.
