The total area of successfully sold land plots is 1,960 hectares. More than 540 participants have already taken part in auctions.
In total, as of December 13, 1690 bids have been announced. Of these 1133 are for the lease of land and 557 for sale. The starting value of these land plots is more than 617 million UAH. Currently, the total area of more than 9.5 thousand hectares is put up for auction.
According to the data of the analytical module of Prozorro.Sells, the average selling price is 213% of the starting price and the average number of participants in the auction is 3.9. Agricultural land is most often put up for auction. Such auctions in the system account for 70%.
