As of today, February 15, 4122 land auctions for lease and sale have been announced in Prozorro.Sales, covering 22,493 hectares of land. The total value of all lots – 1,173 million UAH.
This is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
Thus, there were announced 2,775 auctions from the lease.The total area of land plots is 20 464, and they are valued at 91 million. Among the top five regions in terms of starting price of lots are Odesa, Kirovograd region, Lviv region, Kyiv region and Khmelnytsky region.
There are also 1347 auctions for the alienation of land. The total area of such land plots is 2 029 hectares. And the cost of such lots is more than 1 billion UAH. Lviv, Kyiv, Zakarpattya, Odessa, Kharkiv regions are in the top five by starting cost of lots for the sale of land.
