From February 24 to date, 21 192 transactions have been concluded in the land market in Ukraine, covering an area of 37 463 hectares. It is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
Regions with the most active land market during the war (by the number of transactions and by the area of land for which transactions were registered):
- Khmelnytsky region (4.2 thousand hectares);
- Vinnytsia region (4.2 thousand hectares),
- Poltava region (4.2 thousand hectares),
- Kirovograd region (4.1 thousand hectares);
- Dnipropetrovsk region (3.2 thousand hectares).
Over the past week, 1 397 transactions were concluded within the land market on the area of 2618 hectares.
In general, as of today, 122,158 land transactions have been concluded for the entire period of land market functioning. The area of land under registered transactions reaches 281,989 hectares.
