On November 8 the first land auctions were successfully held in the system Prozorro.Sells, reports ProAgro Group with reference to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
Thus, a non-agricultural land plot of 0.23 hectares was sold at auction by Kamianka-Buhska City Council of Lviv oblast.
Three bidders participated in the auction, and the starting price increased by more than four times – from 704 thousand UAH to more than 3 million UAH.
Since the beginning of November, applications for auctions intensified significantly – a total of 104 new messages during the week. Thus, as of today 510 land auctions have been announced. The area of land plots put up for auction is almost 2.3 thousand hectares. Now they are estimated at 245 million hryvnias.
