Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine reported that today, 13 October, 29 493 deals were concluded within the current land market. The total area of registered land deals reached 73,447 hectares.
As “ProAgroGroup” reports, since July 1 5129 notaries have submitted 5759 applications for access to the State Land Cadastre, of which 5094 have been approved, 3 more are in the queue and 662 have been rejected.
Kirovograd oblast remains the leader in land sales – there the total area of 10 150,3 hectares was re-registered for new owners. Kharkiv oblast is in second place, with 9 520,2 hectares sold. Poltava oblast is in third place with 6 578,7 ha. The least amount of land was sold in Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi oblasts.
