While analyzing the already held tenders and comparing the results with the real market prices, specialists of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine have discovered a possible corruption risks in 5 tenders on the selection of participants of joint cultivation and crop growing on the plots of land with the total area of 6048.6831 ha.
This is reported by ProAgro Group with reference to the information of the Ministry.
In particular, we are talking about the plots in Zhytomyr, Odessa, Kharkiv and Khmelnytsky regions. At the moment, a commission has been appointed in order to check the opacity of other contests and to identify possible corruption schemes.
Simultaneously, the work on the development of procedures for the use of defense land has begun, because, despite the relevant prescriptions of the current legislation, the corresponding procedure has not yet been developed and approved.
The Defense Ministry notes that in the future tenders will be held through Prozorro within open market competition.
