Less than in 4 months since the start of the land auctions in the “Prozorro.Sales” system the starting cost of land plots has passed the mark of 1 billion UAH. And for 112 days the local authorities have already earned to the budgets of different levels more than a quarter of a billion UAH.
The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko wrote about it on his page on Facebook, as “ProAgro Group” reports.
According to him, 3,244 auctions with a total land area of 18 thousand hectares have been published in the system. The cost of the lands on auction is 74 million UAH, the cost of land alienation is 927 million UAH. 72% of all auctions were for agricultural land.
“Top 5 leaders in the starting price of lots are still the same – Lviv, Kyiv, Zakarpattya, Odessa and Kharkiv regions. That is where the most expensive land for sale is. By the way, I remind you that state and municipal agricultural land is prohibited for sale, so we are talking only about land of individuals or nonagricultural land, “- said the Minister.
He also added that the starting price of land lease lots is the highest in Odessa, Khmelnytskyi, Kirovograd, Kyiv and Lviv regions.
