As of July 1, more than 40 thousand transactions connected with the right of ownership of more than 100 thousand hectares of agricultural land have been registered in Ukraine.
This was stated by the Minister of Agrarian Policy Roman Leshchenko, ProAgro Group reports.
The settlement of a single database of reports on the appraised value of real estate was discussed at the meeting, as well as the simplification of notarial acts in the process of acquiring rights to land plots.
“With each new transaction the market proves that it is civilized and institutionally capable. The government team continues to improve the mechanisms of land reform and eliminate the difficulties of market participants in the process of concluding land transactions,” said the minister.
