Corn harvesting continues in the Chernihiv region. Currently, agrarians have threshed 1.3 million tons of grain from an area of 190.2 thousand hectares (48% of the forecast), reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to the post of the head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration Vyacheslav Chaus in Telegram.
Sunflower harvesting is almost completed in the region, which has been threshed 570.5 thousand tons. Farmers have completely harvested soybeans (142.3 thousand tons) and sugar beets (85 thousand tons).
In general, since the beginning of the harvesting campaign, agrarians of Chernihiv region have threshed almost 2.3 million tons of grain. The harvest of grains and legumes was harvested from 428.9 thousand hectares, which is up to 67% of the projected harvest volumes.
