The Committee for the Supervision of Exchanges for the Sale of Natural Gas of Own Production has begun accepting applications for participation in auctions for the sale of natural gas to meet the needs of business entities whose main activity is the production of food products, which are of significant social importance.
The corresponding order was adopted on January 12 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, said “ProAgro Group” with reference to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
First Deputy Minister Taras Vysotsky represents the Ministry of Agrarian Policy in the Committee for the Supervision of Stock Exchange Trading.
“The application, which is submitted to the committee, will make it impossible for any abuse, both by producers and suppliers of gas, as well as ensure the targeted use of the relevant resource,” he said.
It is noted that the auction will be held by the Ukrainian Energy Exchange on January 17 at 15.00.
