Sowing of corn is almost finished in Ukraine. According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Foodstuffs 3 825 thousand hectares have been sown, which is 98% of the forecasted area of this crop.
This is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the Ukrainian Grain Association.
UGA noted that the area under corn this year decreased by almost 29% compared with the previous year.
