The Economic Court of the Odessa Region has opened bankruptcy proceedings against the Odessa Oil Extraction Plant LLC.
According to ProAgro Group with reference to FINBALANCE, the initiator of this procedure – “Ukreximbank” – claims 4.2 billion UAH against the debtor.
Earlier, on November 16, 2018, the Economic Court of Kyiv partially satisfied the claim of Ukreximbank to LLC “Odessa Oil Extraction Plant” and decided to recover from the defendant in favor of the plaintiff (as guarantor of Chao “Creativ” and LLC “Regionproduct-Ukraine”) more than 3.6 billion UAH.
Ukreksimbank had planned an auction for November 8, 2021 to sell the debts of the “Creativ” group for UAH 4.53 bln, but it did not take place due to the absence of allowed bidders.
