As of November 10, 2022, the harvesting of grain and leguminous crops was carried out on an area of 8.5 million hectares (76%) with a yield of 42.4 c/ha, ProAgro Group reports with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
In total, 36.1 million tons of grain were harvested, including
- wheat – 19.4 million tons, 4.7 million hectares (100%) were threshed with a yield of 41.2 c/ha;
- barley – 5.6 million tons, threshed 1.6 million hectares (100%) with a yield of 35.1 c/ha
- peas – 261 thousand tons, threshed 111.5 thousand hectares (100%) with a yield of 23.4 c/ha;
- corn for grain – 9.6 million tons, 1.6 million hectares (39%) threshed, yielding 58.3 c/ha
- buckwheat – 153 thousand tons, threshed 112 thousand hectares (95%) with a yield of 13.6 c/ha
- millet – 98 thousand tons, threshed 42.6 thousand hectares (95%) with a yield of 23.1 c/ha.
Agrarians of Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky and Bukovyna regions have finished harvesting sunflower.
