As of May 11, 46 168 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops have been exported from Ukraine since the beginning of 2021/22 MY (July-June). This is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to updated for the first time since the beginning of a full-scale war information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
According to the State Customs Service, the current volume of grain exports is 6.5 million tons more than the entire 2020/21 MY.
In particular, 18,532 tons of wheat, 5,676 tons of barley, 161.1 thousand tons of rye, 21,495 tons of corn and 70.1 tons of cereal flour (including 68.6 thousand tons of wheat flour) have been exported from the beginning of the season.
Since the beginning of this month, the export of grain amounted to 299 thousand tons, including wheat – 6 thousand tons, barley – 8 thousand tons, maize – 284 thousand tons. Export of flour is 0.5 thousand tons.
