JSC “Agrarian Fund” begins purchase of grain of the next year’s harvest. The company plans to buy 180 thousand tons of grain, namely 150 thousand tons of wheat and 15 tons of rye, 10 thousand tons of sunflower and 5 tons of buckwheat. This is reported by ProAgro Group with reference to the information of the company.
The amount of advance payment is set at 50-70% of the total cost of supply under the contract, in accordance with the customer evaluation system.
The level of prices for the purchase of agricultural products of the future harvest, based on which the advance payment will be made under the contracts is set at 7 182 UAH/ton for 2nd class wheat, 6 954 UAH/ton for 3rd class wheat, 4000 UAH/ton for rye of 2nd and 3rd classes, 17 100 UAH/ton for sunflower, 19 000 UAH/ton for buckwheat.
“The Agrarian Fund will cooperate with large agricultural holdings, and small and medium-sized farms, which have successful experience of growing crops, with a positive credit history and without tax debts.
An obligatory condition of the contract is the insurance of future crops. There are also requirements for the volume of the minimum purchase lot: for wheat – 100 tons, rye – 50 tons, sunflower – 100 tons, buckwheat – 20 tons.
