Since the beginning of this month and 2022/23 marketing year (July-June) Ukraine exported 1 405 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops. This is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
According to the State Customs Service on July 29, the current volume of grain exports is 1 066 thousand tons less than on the same date of the previous season 2021/22.
Wheat shipments are now 325 thousand tons, which is 369 thousand tons less than in 2020/21 MY. Barley shipments abroad were 131 thousand tons, down 690 thousand tons. There have been no shipments of rye yet, although last season there were already exported 4.7 thousand tons of grain to the same date. Export of corn is 941 thousand tons, which is 2 thousand tons more than in the previous season.
In addition, 3.6 thousand tons of flour of cereals (including 3 thousand tons of wheat) were exported, which is 7.3 thousand tons less than the corresponding index of the previous season.
