Ministry of Agrarian Policy has published updated data on the harvesting performance as of December 9, reports ProAgro Group with reference to the information of the Ministry.
According to the published data, the gross harvest of corn in Ukraine on that date exceeded 40 million tons and amounted to 40,009.4 thousand tons, which is an absolute record.
It is noted that corn was threshed from 97,8% of the forecasted area, and the average yield of the crop is 74,7 c/ha, which is also a record.
Note that today the December USDA report was published, which also raised the forecast of the gross corn harvest in Ukraine to 40 million tons.
