Ukraine is conducting difficult negotiations to ensure the continuation of grain supplies from its Black Sea ports after the expiration of the agreement on such exports next month.
This was stated by the adviser to the head of the President’s Office Mykhailo Podolyak in an interview with Bloomberg, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to “Ukrinform”.
“We hope to extend the mandate for the export of grain from Ukrainian ports,” Podolyak said.
However, he refused to specify when any results can be expected, calling the negotiations “difficult”.
At the same time, Podolyak stressed that Ukraine does not negotiate with Russia directly, but instead there are subgroups, which also include Turkey and the UN.
