Ukraine calls on Turkey to block ships with stolen grain

Turkey was urged to block the movement of dry-cargo ships with stolen Ukrainian grain.

The Ukrainian ambassador to Turkey Vasyl Bodnar wrote about it on his Twitter page, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to Latifundist.com.

According to him, the Russian occupants have already stolen in Ukraine at least 400-500 thousand tons of grain worth $100 million.

It is noted that ships with stolen grain are loaded in Sevastopol (occupied Crimea), after which they go in search of a port in the Middle East, which will agree to accept contraband.

“I call on the relevant authorities to take measures to prevent these vessels from entering Turkish ports and passing through the Turkish straits,” the Ukrainian ambassador said.
